  • HOW important is it to you to break this habit? Identify your top 3 Values in Life.

  • WHAT will you “swap out” for this habit? How can you connect to what you REALLY want?

  • WHAT will prevent you from achieving this? Identify the hurdles that are ahead of you. Name them! Call them out and figure a path around them.

  • WHO can support you, cheer you on and maybe even join you on your quest? Write a list.

HOW long does it take to break or create a new habit?

The answer to that lies in how willing you are to achieve the result.
The accepted rule of thumb is 21 days to create a new habit, and 21 days to keep it in flow.
