Fe my trainer has helped me achieve my goals so far and I love our sessions. She makes it fun and enjoyable to train and is very motivating and encouraging! If motivation, flexibility, nutritional expertise and a personal approach is what you’re looking for in a PT, then Fe is the one for you!

Fe was my fitness instructor for close to 9 years. She ran the “Grow Stronger” classes which were a health initiative by the Gold Coast City Council, targeted at people who are older and/or have health issues. I contacted her after getting a pamphlet through my local GP surgery, turned up for my first session and attended regularly twice a week until she moved to Bargara.
Those classes have been very beneficial over the years. For my general health, but also because of the lovely people I met over that time, some of which I still see regularly. When we were in lock-down last year, she organised classes in the park. That was so lovely.
Fe is a friendly, considerate and involved instructor, who gave us all individual programs, geared to our ability. As I got stronger, the exercises changed. When I went on walking holidays, she’d give me specific programs to increase my walking strength. But when I went through difficult periods, she would revise things down and cheered me on until I was back up again.
When she left, she made sure there was a suitable replacement instructor, to encourage everyone to keep up their exercising. It’s become just ‘one of those things I do.’

I attended an Active Healthy class for around 6 years run by Fe until she unfortunately decided to move from the Gold Coast.
Fe was an inspirational coach for us older generation, her knowledge of fitness and the way Fe helped us achieve our individual fitness goals is something she is renowned for. We all loved her friendly, encouraging style.
Anyone who joins her classes will see their fitness improve and will be able to enjoy a healthier lifestyle.
